Earthryse helps founders, leaders, teams, and institutions clarify ideas, align stakeholders, and carry complex work into the world.
For work where ideas matter, stakes are real, and fragmentation is costly.
Most meaningful work begins as an idea — a technical insight, a social need, a mission, a product, a conviction. As that idea moves into the world, it has to pass through many forms: strategy, documents, teams, stakeholders, systems, investors, customers, and execution. This is where work often breaks down.
Earthryse carries coherence across that entire arc — from the formative edge of an idea through the operational reality of delivering it under pressure.
We help leaders and teams identify what they are actually trying to do, where meaning is unclear, and what needs to be said, built, decided, or aligned.
We translate complex ideas into narratives, plans, decks, briefs, proposals, and written materials others can understand and act on.
We support executive, stakeholder, investor, customer, and internal communications so the story, strategy, and operational reality remain connected.
We build the communication systems, documentation, cadence, and decision-ready materials that help work move forward under pressure.
Engagements draw on one or several. We assemble the right configuration for the work and remain accountable end-to-end.

Navigating growth, complexity, stakeholder pressure, and high-stakes communication.
Translating mission into strategy, programs, and sustainable execution.
Clarifying ideas, developing narratives, plans, and written work that must carry consequence.
Enterprise communications and commercialization support for a venture-backed battery technology company.
Embedded strategic communications partner across five and a half years — supporting board communications, investor materials, commercialization narrative, executive operating reviews, technical collateral, and company-wide communications during a period in which Iontra grew from fewer than ten employees to over one hundred. Coordinated investor data room and contributed to product naming, customer-facing materials, and industry visibility at CES.
Iontra during the engagement —
Todai to Texas / SXSW.
Communications and commercialization support for eleven university research initiatives across robotics, agritech, AI, accessibility technology, IoT, and human-computer interaction — including black soldier fly composting systems, strawberry-harvesting robotics, voice-assist communication systems, AI painting robots, and wearable fabric keyboards.
Technology launch strategy and strategic communications.
Co-founded a Seattle consultancy supporting robotics, gaming, IoT, connected devices, and emerging consumer technology brands. Launch visibility and media positioning for projects including Segway Robotics (Loomo), Nonda, CellRobot, and CTA Digital.
Fundraising narrative and deck development.
Built the fundraising deck for one of North America's most consequential clean transportation nonprofits — operating across vehicle electrification, climate, and public-sector incentive programs, with 280+ member companies and stewardship of $500M+ in CARB and CEC vehicle incentive programs.
Investor memo and strategic positioning.
Developed the investor pitch memo and strategic positioning for a knowledge-graph AI productivity tool — entering the category before mainstream AI adoption.
Earthryse was founded by Amna Quraishi, a strategic communications and commercialization consultant with two decades of experience helping emerging technology companies, founders, and institutions translate complex work into clear narratives, aligned systems, and credible execution.
Her work spans deep tech, battery technology, AI productivity systems, robotics, connected devices, clean transportation, healthcare communications, university research commercialization, and startup ecosystems. She has worked closely with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams through fundraising, scaling, market entry, launch visibility, and high-stakes communication workflows — most recently as embedded enterprise communications partner with Iontra through Series A, B, and C.
Before founding Earthryse, she co-founded Mocha7, a Seattle consultancy serving frontier consumer-tech brands, and spent five years working across Pakistan's startup ecosystem as a mentor and advisor at PlanX, Plan9, the National Incubation Center Lahore, and MIT Enterprise Forum. She serves on the board of the Zakat for Education Foundation.
Earthryse works close to leadership, close to the material, and close to the point where meaning has to become action. Engagements are shaped by the needs of the work itself, and may draw on specialized collaborators across editorial, research, sensemaking, and sector expertise. The firm remains accountable end-to-end.
Senior attention from diagnosis through delivery. No junior hand-off.
Short focused engagements or longer-term work close to executive workflows.
We align story, strategy, and operational truth — never narratives detached from the work.
The engagement shape is decided by the work, not by a service menu — strategy, writing, research, documentation, or specialist coordination, assembled to fit.
If you are carrying an idea, product, mission, institution, or body of work that matters — and complexity is beginning to blur meaning, fragment alignment, or slow execution — Earthryse can help.
